TICKET REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final. 

MERCHANDISE RETURN/REFUND POLICY: All merchandise sales are final unless the item was received damaged or defective.  If you receive an item damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.  Under these circumstances, please write to us at the Contact Us link below. Include your name, shipping address, telephone number, date received, item received, order number, and any other identifying information regarding the item. Include a description of the damage of defective elements of the item. A representative will contact you to provide detailed instructions and options for your return and/or refund.
